A Prague company, built to be held to account.
Elencia is a destination management company founded in Prague in 2025. We run two lines from one office: groups and events for companies and agencies, and private travel on the ground for tour operators and travel designers. Both are run by the same team, from Prague, Vienna, Budapest and Kraków, and on the same terms: the person who designs a programme is the one who answers for it once it is live.
The founder
Mathis Bourguit
Mathis Bourguit founded Elencia in Prague in 2025, after three years in hospitality and event management in Central Europe. He first came to Prague by chance, on a trip with friends to discover the region while finishing his master's degree; he fell for the city, and that same trip brought the offer of his first job here. A few years as an employee later, the wish to build something of his own, with its own ambition and its own character, became Elencia. He stays involved in both lines of the agency at every stage, from the first brief to the running of a programme on site, alongside a team that carries each file. He works in English and French.
Elencia is a team that has grown from one to five in a year, now based in Prague, Budapest, Vienna and Kraków, and an IATA TIDS registered travel intermediary.

How we choose to work
- We say what is confirmed and what is not, in writing.
- We work with suppliers we have met, visited and paid on time.
- We prefer local operators, family businesses and venues that benefit from the groups we bring; we design programmes that respect the places they happen in.
- Participant data is kept to what the programme requires and deleted after it.
