Vienna is an hour from Bratislava and four from Prague, and one of our team is based there. For a corporate event in Vienna, we bring the same approach as in Prague: venues we have visited, suppliers we know, and someone from Elencia on site. Beyond the capital, Salzburg, the Salzkammergut lakes and the Alps give incentives a second act that the city alone cannot.
What we run here
Hotel conference floors for 50 to 500, palace venues for plenaries and gala evenings, and the city's congress centres for larger formats. Vienna's hotel stock is deep and its venues are used to international delegations.
Programmes around music, coffee culture and imperial heritage: a private concert in a palace salon, a dinner in a wine tavern on the city's edge, a ride through the Vienna Woods, a day at Schönbrunn after hours.
Salzburg and Hallstatt for a day trip or an overnight; Alpine resorts near Salzburg for summer and winter programmes alike.
Venues we use
Imperial palaces and their gardens; the ballrooms of historic hotels; wine taverns in Grinzing; museum spaces for private evenings; lakeside hotels in the Salzkammergut.
Getting there
Vienna International Airport is 20 minutes from the centre. Bratislava is an hour by road; Budapest, two and a half; Prague, four.
Best season
May to September for the lakes and the Alps; November and December for Christmas markets and the ball season's lead-up.
