Prague is where Elencia is based, and the city we know street by street. For an incentive in Prague, a conference or a gala dinner, we work from our own address book of venues, hotels, restaurants and guides, built file by file since 2025. The Czech Republic also offers what groups rarely expect: castles and country estates within an hour of the city, a wine region in Moravia, and the spa towns of West Bohemia.
What we run here
Congress facilities for 200 to 2,000 delegates, hotel conference floors for 50 to 300, and historic halls for plenaries that need a sense of occasion. Prague counts around 45,000 rooms in collective accommodation and more than 300 four- and five-star hotels (Czech Statistical Office, 2022), so accommodation blocks are rarely the constraint.
Two to four days built around the city: a private evening in a baroque palace or a converted industrial space, a tasting in a working brewery, a river cruise, a workshop with glassmakers or a vintage-tram ride through the Old Town. We design each programme for the group's size and purpose.
Český Krumlov and the South Bohemian castles for a day away from the city; the Moravian vineyards for a tasting dinner; Kutná Hora for a half-day with a UNESCO backdrop.
Venues we use
Baroque and Art Nouveau palaces; rooftop restaurants over the Old Town; converted glassworks and breweries; the ballrooms of five-star hotels; vineyard estates in Moravia; castles outside Prague for gala evenings.
Getting there
Václav Havel Airport is 30 minutes from the centre with direct flights from every major European hub and several North American cities. Vienna and Bratislava are four hours by road or rail; Budapest, six.
Best season
April to October for outdoor programmes; December for Christmas-market incentives; January to March for the best venue rates.
